At Vanillina, every dessert is freshly prepared with the highest quality ingredients and great care. Because our products are perishable food items, we have a strict return and refund policy to ensure food safety and maintain product quality.
1. No Returns on Perishable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered or picked up. This is to ensure the safety and freshness of our desserts.
2. Refunds & Replacements
We want you to be satisfied with your order. Refunds or replacements may be issued under the following conditions:

Damaged or Incorrect Order: If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Quality Concerns: If you believe your dessert is not up to our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

After review, we may offer a refund, partial refund, store credit, or replacement at our discretion.
3. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order for a full refund, provided production has not yet started.

Once preparation or baking has begun, cancellations are not possible.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Change of mind after the order has been confirmed.

Failure to collect or accept delivery of the order.

Delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Products stored improperly after delivery (e.g., not refrigerated when required).
