At Vanillina, every dessert is prepared fresh to order. We take great care to ensure your treats arrive safely and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we handle deliveries within the UAE.
1. Delivery Areas

Same-Day Delivery is available for Dubai and Sharjah (orders must be placed early in the day).

Same-day deliveries are subject to item availability and courier schedules. Please check with Vanillina through WhatsApp to confirm if same-day delivery is possible for your order.

Next-Day Delivery is available for all Emirates if the order is placed before 7:30 PM the day prior.

Delivery availability may vary during weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
2. Delivery Method & Safety

Deliveries are fulfilled through trusted third-party delivery companies.

All orders are transported in cooled vans to maintain freshness and ensure desserts arrive in perfect condition.

Drivers are instructed to handle all packages with care.
3. Delivery Fees

Regular deliveries: AED 40.

Customized orders and express deliveries: charged at separate rates, depending on size, location, and urgency.

Other Emirates: Delivery fee will be calculated at checkout depending on location.
4. Delivery Times

Deliveries are typically made between 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM.

Exact delivery times cannot be predicted. Orders may arrive at any time during this window.

Some delays may occur if drivers face issues beyond their control (e.g., traffic, road closures, or car accidents).

We strongly recommend placing your order a day before your event to avoid potential delays. Our desserts are crafted to stay fresh until the next day when stored properly.

Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
5. Order Processing

All desserts are made fresh upon order. Please allow sufficient preparation time as indicated on each product page.

Large or custom orders may require 48–72 hours notice.
6. Responsibility After Delivery

Once delivered, the responsibility for proper storage (e.g., refrigeration when required) rests with the customer.

Vanillina is not liable for damages caused by improper storage after delivery.
7. Delivery Issues
Please contact us immediately if:

Your order is delayed beyond the promised window.

You receive the wrong items.

The order arrives damaged.
We will review and resolve the issue in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled if requested before preparation has begun (see Return & Refund Policy for details).

Failure to respond to the delivery company may result in order cancellation, and no refunds will be issued.

If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or lack of response, the order will be considered delivered and completed.
9. Pickup Option (if available)
Customers may also choose to pick up their orders directly from our location in Dubai, UAE at a pre-arranged time.
